See each country's most iconic sights on this comprehensive two week itinerary.

 

Itinerary

 

Monday

Depart from the UK for your flight to Luxor. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your chosen Nile Cruise boat for an evening check-in. Overnight in Luxor.


Tuesday-Thursday

For the next three nights, follow the Nile Cruise itinerary.

Friday-Sunday

After breakfast on Friday, check out of your cabin and spend the day exploring the sights of Aswan, with a visit to the High Dam and the Temple of Philae in the morning and a relaxing trip on a felucca past the Agha Khan Mausoleum and Elephantine Island in the afternoon. In the evening, transfer to Aswan airport for your flight to Cairo. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your chosen hotel for the next three nights. During your stay in Cairo, you may sightsee independently or pre-book your excursions.

 

Monday-Tuesday

Transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Amman. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your chosen hotel in Amman for the next two nights.

 

Wednesday

After breakfast in Amman, drive south along the King's Highway, heading for Petra, visiting Madaba, Mount Nebo and Kerak en-route (entrance fees payable locally). Spend the next three nights at the hotel of your choice in Petra, allowing time to explore the many wondrous sites in the city.

 

Saturday-Sunday

After breakfast, travel by road to the Dead Sea. Spend the next two nights at the hotel of your choice by the Dead Sea, one of the most unique places on earth.

 

Monday

Transfer to Amman airport for your return flight to the UK.
