Our World Wonders Express Tour is designed for visitors who wish to see as much as possible of Jordan in a short space of time.

You will be met at the airport, taken by air-conditioned vehicle and accompanied by one of our highly knowledgeable, English speaking tour guides who will endeavour to show you some of the many exciting and truly unforgettable highlights of Jordan.

Itinerary

Sunday

Upon arrival to airport meet our representative and transfer to hotel in Amman for an overnight stay.

Monday

Leave Amman for the rose-red city of Petra, via the King's Highway - the world's oldest continuously used communication route. On route visit 'the city of Mosaics' - Madaba - and Mount Nebo where Moses viewed the Holy Land of Canaan. On a clear day you can see the Dead Sea, the Jordan River Valley, Jericho and the distant hills of Jerusalem from this view point. After Mount Nebo, proceed along the King's Highway to Kerak where you can visit Kerak Castle. Proceed to Petra for overnight.

Tuesday

Petra - sightseeing in the 'lost city'. Arrive at the entrance of the Siq, the winding, picturesque main entrance into Petra. Spend a full day in Jordan's most popular tourist attraction - voted one of the new seven wonders of the world - exploring the magnificent treasury (of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade fame), awe-inspiring Monastery and well preserved amphitheatre to name but a few. Also visit the museums of Petra to find out more about the history of this magnificent Nabataean city. Overnight in Petra.

Wednesday

Leave Petra before proceeding to the spectacular desert landscape of Wadi Rum, made famous by Lawrence of Arabia. On arrival enjoy a Bedouin welcome drink before embarking on a 2 hour jeep tour* across the desert enjoying the spectacular rock formations and stunning desert sand before proceeding to Amman for dinner and an overnight stay.

Thursday

Breakfast and transfer to the airport for departure.

All vehicles are air-conditioned.

As so many sites are visited, this tour may not be suitable for the very elderly or people with walking difficulties.
It may be necessary to amend the itinerary due to prevailing local circumstances. We will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible.
