PADI Scuba Diver
![]() |
Who it's for
People aged 10 years and over*, who wish to learn to dive, but don't have sufficient time to undertake the PADI Open Water Course.
*Please note that Israeli diving regulations do not permit 10-12 year olds to learn to dive in Israel; those staying in Eilat will therefore complete their dive courses in Taba, Egypt, with Aquasport.
Duration
Two to three days.
Description
Ideal for those with time restraints, the PADI Scuba Diver provides pre-entry level certification in 2-3 days.
On completion of this course, you'll be certified to dive with the supervision of a PADI Divemaster or above, to a depth of 12m. This certification is valid for life and can be upgraded to a PADI Open Water Diver certification if additional training modules are taken. Once qualified, PADI Scuba Divers wishing to take part in recreational diving may have to pay a supplement locally for the services of a private guide.
Extras may be payable locally, depending on the resort and dive centre; see dive centre pages for further information. Course materials and certification not included.
