Teeing off on the Red Sea Riviera is an experience like no other. With a year-round sunny climate, stunning views of the desert mountains and the reef-dotted shoreline, a great range of hotels and golf courses that are as challenging as they are beautiful, the Red Sea is set to become the next big golfing destination.

 

We currently offer Red Sea golf holidays in Taba Heights and Sharm el Sheikh on the Sinai peninsula and in El Gouna, Soma Bay and, new for 2010, Makadi Bay and Ain Sokhna - all on Egypt's mainland Red Sea coast.

Off Course Activities

When you fancy a break from the fairways, or if you're travelling with non-golfers, you'll find a range of activities and facilities available in each resort. All of our featured Red Sea resorts offer numerous watersports including diving, snorkelling and sailing, as well as offering traditional desert-based activities such as camel treks, quad biking and desert safaris.

Most of the hotels feature spa/health centres (see individual hotel pages for details) as well as various leisure facilities and beaches - perfect for a relaxing break.

Which resort is best for me?
Sharm el Sheikh is the biggest Red Sea resort in Egypt, and offers plenty of dining and entertainment options and a wide range of hotels.
Taba Heights is a peaceful resort that enjoys spectacular scenery and is ideally located for exploring attractions such as Petra and Jerusalem.
El Gouna is a purpose built resort north of Hurghada, which has an exclusive atmosphere and also offers a range of dining and nightlife options.
Soma Bay is a quiet, exclusive resort offering a seaside golf course at Le Residence des Cascades, famous for its comprehensive spa as well as its golf.

Makadi Bay is one of Egypt's most exciting new destinations, with one of the largest golf courses in the region located within the Madinat Makadi complex, near our featured hotels.

Ain Sokhna is Egypt's northernmost Red Sea resort, making it an ideal destination to twin centre with Cairo. It's a quiet, laid back resort long favoured by locals.
