Discover all that Israel has to offer on this comprehensive 14 night itinerary - from the cosmopolitan cafes of Tel Aviv to the tranquil shores of the Galilee, from the awe inspiring sights of Jerusalem to the unique geological formations of the Dead Sea, and finally the near perfect weather and beautiful reefs of Eilat, Israel's Red Sea resort.
Itinerary
Day 1
Depart from the UK for your flight to Tel Aviv. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your chosen hotel for check in. Overnight in Tel Aviv.
Days 2 & 3
Explore Tel Aviv at your own pace - hit the beach (there's 13km of beach to choose from!), watch the world go by from a seaside cafe, tour the arty district of Neve Tzedek and explore the winding alleys and stone buildings of Old Jaffa - there's a myriad of options in Israel's biggest city. Alternatively, book an excursion with your local Longwood office.

Day 4
You will be transferred in the morning from Tel Aviv to Tiberias, on the shores of the Galilee, where you will check into your hotel. The rest of the day, and Day 5 can be spent exploring Tiberias and the Galilee area, either at your own place or on a guided tour. There's plenty to see in Tiberias itself, which is a perennial favourite holiday destination amongst Israelis. Highlights include the fish market, the lakeside promenade, the Old City and the National Park. The Galilee is a region of great significance to Jews and Christians alike, and provided the setting for much of Jesus' life. It's also an area of great natural beauty and a perfect place to relax after the hectic pace of Tel Aviv (and before the intensive sightseeing of Jerusalem).
Day 6
You will be transferred from Tiberias to Jerusalem, the eternal city. Whether or not you are religious, Jerusalem is truly fascinating, with incomparable sites of historical and religious significance that cannot fail to enthral.
Days 7 & 8
Enjoy a further two days in Jerusalem, where you can sightsee independently, or book a tour. Highlights include the Via Dolorosa, the Western Wall, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Dome of the Rock, the Garden of Gethsemane and the Mount of Olives.

Day 9
You will be transferred from your hotel in Jerusalem to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on Earth, where you will check into your spa hotel. Spend the rest of the day and Day 10 experiencing the utter uniqueness of the Dead Sea; float in its uniquely buoyant waters, slather yourself in its highly nutritious mud and wonder and its dramatic landscapes. Indulge in a spot of pampering at the resort's spas, where the Dead Sea's therapeutic qualities are used to create a range of treatments and therapies, or explore the Judean desert's lunar landscape.
Days 11-14
In the morning of day 11 you will be transferred to Eilat, the original Red Sea resort - where you will spend the next four nights. Ideal for both sun seekers and the active, Eilat offers a range of activities in resort and further afield. Divers and snorkellers will be dazzled by the marine life that thrives on the resort's reefs, while those who'd prefer not to get wet can view the underwater world from the Underwater Observatory. Dolphin Reef offers guests a unique opportunity to observe dolphins at play in their natural environment - you can even dive or snorkel with them (at a distance)! The desert offers the opportunity for a range of activities that include camel trekking, jeep safaris and quad biking, or you can simply lay by the pool and relax. Excursions and activities can be booked in resort with your Longwood representative.

Day 15
You will fly from Eilat (transfer to airport not included) back to Tel Aviv, from where you will fly back to the UK.
