A complete tour allowing you to take in all the key historical sites of Cairo and the Nile Valley, plus an extra four days of relaxation. See the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and more on a 7 night Nile Cruise, followed by 3 nights in the bustling metropolis of Cairo, home to the Sphinx and the last remaining of the seven wonders of the world - the Pyramids of Giza. Finally, recover from your week of sightseeing in either Hurghada, watersports capital of the Red Sea, or pretty El Gouna, a peaceful resort with plenty of activities on water and on land.
Itinerary
Monday
Depart from the UK for your flight to Luxor. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your chosen Nile cruise boat for an
evening check-in. Overnight in Luxor.
Tuesday - Sunday
For the next 6 nights, you'll cruise the Nile from Luxor to Aswan and back (see sample itinerary >>).
Monday
After breakfast, disembark your cruise boat and transfer to Luxor airport for the short flight to Cairo. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your chosen hotel for the next 3 nights. During your stay in Cairo, you may sightsee independently or pre-book your excursions.
Thursday
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport for your short flight to Hurghada. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your chosen
hotel for the next 4 nights. During your stay, you can experience the delights that the underwater world of Hurghada/Makadi
Bay/ El Gouna has to offer. For those who prefer to stay on dry land, a
choice of excursions are on offer.
Alternatively, transfer to Cairo airport after breakfast for your flight to Luxor. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your chosen hotel for the next 4 nights.

Monday
After breakfast, transfer by road to Luxor airport, a journey of approximately 4 hours, for your return flight to the UK.
